Did you have also the problem that the neoprene pocket of eees too loosely joined?
I once got a needle and thread and sewed a little;)
first separated the original seams with a sharp small knife to gently from behind.
then added the velcro and sewed it back on again ... very simple!
The result I find very beautiful, and now the bag also includes nice tight!
Here are a few pictures. At the last we see sometimes the back ...
